Ok I'm so tempted to delete all my stories and completely leave fanfiction writing. This person literally attacked all my characters in Homecoming and it has really seriously hurt my feelings. If your a fan of my stories I'm sorry I don't know when I will be updating again, you can read the reviews on Homecoming and see what was said that hurt me so bad. I have at the moment lost my motivation to write. If I do delete I will tell you all.
Sorry to my loyal readers but right at this moment I'm honestly just really pissed off and hurt at that review that ripped apart my story.
I haven't read your story but we've been chatting a bit on twitter. Please know that I understand how you feel - of late, people think it's their prerogative to be stupid and get into writers' faces. And by people I mean stupid, hurtful b*tches who have no manners and who should be kicked somewhat hard where it really hurts!
ReplyDeleteI've been dealing with some trouble myself lately, and for me just stepping away from the whole drama and taking a break has helped tidy over some of the anxiety I had regarding this whole bsns. Maybe it helps you, too. Don't forget, it's a few bad eggs who for whatever unfathomable reason try to ruin it for the rest of us. If you feel like you need resolution by pulling your fic, then by all means do it - you need to do what's best for YOU, and everyone supporting your should understand that (or fuck em!!). I don't know if it helps, just wanted to give you a virtual hug and tell you not to lose faith in fanfic.
i read thre review that you are taking about. someone is obviously a rosalie and jacob fan. don't let it get to you too much. i for one am not a jacob fan. i find that he is best left out of the story or written in as taken or gay. his character tends to get annoying when he insists on interfering, lol. as for rosalie, i think you are doing right by her character. yes, she is harsh, but i'm glad to see that you are making the other characters strong enough to stand up to her and not allow her to always get away with hurting others. i am really enjoying this story and will love it even more when/if you get jasper/alice and edward/bella together. thanks for taking precious time to write for all of us FF addicts, lol
